Placement activities at Town schools are managed by a Placement division. The Placement division provides overall supervision and directions for internship as well as final placement of the students.
To meet the increasing demands of fast emerging business scenarios, Town School put best of its effort to enhance skills and upgrade the abilities of the students to the desirable level. Regular Soft Skills programs, workshops and seminars are conducted to prepare the students to face the placement process. The placement division makes an effort to bridge the relationship between potential employers and the students by encouraging them to interact with them.
Skill development is critically important to address the twin issues of unemployment and enhancing the competitive strength of industry. Research and studies strongly advocate basic work like skills mismatch with the current demand of industries.
Town Schools Education Initiatives (TSEI) caters to this critical need by joining hands with industries skilling beneficiaries on conceptually contextualized scalable needs of the market, which is derived from the meticulous Skill Gap analysis.
To execute the vision to create value in the lives of millions of direction-less youth, TSEI is conducting a number of skilled development trainings in a range of industry sectors which include

After the successful completion of the training, to fulfill its commitment to provide better employment opportunities to the rural youth, TSEI has organizes Job Melas at different Town Schools locations.
