IMPACT – TRAIN THE TRAINER

Is an ICT based, contextual, progressive training program to provide a platform for continuous professional development of the trainers in Vocational Education Sector.

Objectives:

1. Building a pool of “Quality Trainers” who are qualified and have the requisite skills and attributes compared to the Global Standards to cater to the huge demand supply gap.
2. Enhance the capacities of trainers for designing efficient Training systems thus reducing skill mismatch between the demand & supply of skilled manpower.
3. Ensure the Continuous Professional Development of trainers- through Enhancing, Enabling and empowering them.
4. Ensuring access to all in particular to women & minorities into the training arena
5. Impacting the lives of trainers and as a ripple effect, impacting the lives of millions of students in vocational education whom they touch.
